March 12th            Baker Wright                        Asperger's Disorder: Behavior characteristics and 
                                                            Treatment in schools and community.
Dr. Baker Wright is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working in the field of Autism and Applied Behavior Analysis for over 10 years.  Dr Wright received his Master's degree in Psychology from East Carolina University where he specialized in Mental Retardation and Developmental Disorders.  He later completed his PhD in ABA at The Florida State University.  Dr. Wright currently works as a behavior consultant to school districts, families, state agencies and residential programs in the panhandle of Florida, Georgia and Alabama and has also been an adjunct professor for the Florida State University.

April 14th            Tammara Geary             Supported Employment for People with Autism 
Tammara Geary is Lead Associate with GHA providing training and technical assistance on various topics related to employment of people with disabilities. She recently “retired” from APSE: The Network on Employment, where she served as its Executive Director for 10 of her 12 years with the organization. In addition, Tammara has been a leader in protecting the recent advancements in public policy that impact employment of people with disabilities.

May 7th                        Case Management for People with Autism Spectrum Disorders
Covering a range of topics specific to the unique challenges in providing responsive supports and services for people with ASD, including Developing Effective Behavior Plans, Special Education Issues, Juvenile Justice/Court Issues, Working with Supportive Home Care and Respite Providers, Transition Issues.

Spring Workshops are held at the University of Edwards Campus, 127th and Quivira in Overland Park, Registration Cost $35.  Lunch Provided On Site.  Registration information
